Zephyr II
The Zephyr II scanner is adapted to a wide range of applications from high accuracy 3D measurement to inspection and reverse engineering for various tasks such as quality control of tools, dies and molds, product design and development, gap and flush measurement.
Auto Quality Check:
This new laser scanner features the AQC, a new functionality that enables spectacular increase of system performance and accuracy. The AQC makes it possible to control automatically scan data quality: automatic compensation of the different material's optical characteristics is performed during scanning to guarantee superior data quality. This provides maximum surface flexibility to capture shiny parts in their natural state without prior surface preparation.
Functions to evaluate optimal scanning distance and real-time preview of scan data are also available. Scanning speed is totally under user control and adjustable according to the data density required by the application.
